It has been a while. I have completely forgotten how to post photos here. I found these instructions in one of my original threads (thanks Lesmel) I'm assuming they are still correct, but I cannot for the life of me remember how to find the LT gallery. Once I get there, I'm pretty confident I can do the rest, so can anyone help me, please???
1. Upload photo to a hosting site (Flickr, LT gallery, etc)
2. Copy the address of the image (right click on the image and choose "copy image address")
3. In your post, enter
where copiedimageaddress.jpg is the address you copied from step 2.

>1 judylou: Welcome back! The gallery is found via your profile page (or your home page if you have that enabled there).

Welcome Judy! I've seen you around LT before -- were you active in the Orange January/July group, reading Orange (now Women's) Prize nominees? I'm glad you've joined this little corner of the LT world, and look forward to seeing your creations.

>1 judylou: Judy, so glad you are back!!! (grandchildren can be such wonderful distractions, can"t they?)
The gallery on your profile page, upper right column. This takes you to your "Member Galley" -- pictures you upload there are accessible by the LT public. However, when you go to the Member Galley page you will see an option in the left hand column for your "Junk Drawer". Photos uploaded here are not generally accessible to the public, except where you might decide to post them (this group, for example).

>5 avaland: PS: I saw that Andrew McGahan passed away. I think you may have been the one to get me to read White Earth. I managed to get a copy of Wonders of a Godless World which I read last year. Is his 2019 novel, \published after his death I assume, worth chasing down?

Let's hope I got this right!
I made this quilt for my sister during last year's lockdown. It was quite a challenge, but there's nothing I like better than a challenge!

Thanks everyone for your help. I knew the gallery should be easy to find, but I searched for it yesterday for ages!
I was in the Orange group along with a lot of others years ago, but I had a major health scare resulting in a huge operation and after that I found it very hard to read much for a long time. That is why I stopped coming to LT.
Andrew McGahan was a great author. I loved his books. His last one The Rich Man's House (now it seems I've forgotten how touchstones work too) is quite different. I did like it a lot though.

I made these three "princess" capes for my frozen mad nieces and granddaughter. They have been well used.
And I'll just add "how to rotate photos" to my list of things to rediscover about LT!

One last one for this morning.
I made a few of these bags for adults (but not Frozen) and children alike.

>7 judylou: That is gorgeous! Really, really pretty. Your sister must have been so happy when she got that.
Rotating photos on LT is mission impossible some times. I’ve taken to editing them beforehand to make them show up the right way round when I upload them to LT.

>7 judylou: Judy, that is stunning! Interesting that in the photo, the effect of the quilting made me first think this was a woven! Did she love it?
>9 judylou: What a nice auntie you are.
>10 judylou: Great bags. Is it all one inner space or are there pockets.
re: rotation. I also routinely rotate all my photos 360º on my computer before I upload them to LT.

Two of Judy's older threads, if you would like to see some of her previous work:

>7 judylou: - That's a really nice quilt. Lucky sister.
I too rotate before I load my pictures here. I rotate 180 and save and then 180 again and save. For some reason, rotating 360 all at once doesn't always work for me.
>13 avaland: - Those threads brought back a lot of memories. The orange 365 blocks in particular. I was going to start a sew along project from a blog I follow which was three blocks a week. All the fabric is still sitting in a pile and the blocks are in my computer, but I've yet to start and the sew-along is finished. I keep feeling like I have too many other things to finish first.

>7 judylou: This is a masterpiece! I love your photos, Judy. You've done some beautiful work. I'm glad you've come back to LT and are sharing it with us.
My only addition to the photo rotation discussion is to clarify that the photos will look perfectly fine on your computer/tablet/phone before you upload. The rotation happens when it's uploaded to LT, for reasons I've never seen explained. And for some other inexplicable reason, fiddling with the photo before you upload it prevents the unwanted rotation.

Here is the 365 Day Challenge quilt that I was working on. I finally put it together and quilted it last year.

One of my favourite makes from last year.

I will have to keep on trying to figure out the rotation thing.

Continuing the theme of things made in lockdown . . . this is one I made for my son. He had a number of visits to Melbourne cancelled due to various lockdowns and restrictions, and I was finally able to give it to him when he came a couple of weeks ago. Very luckily, as it turns out, because we have since gone into another lockdown - 7 days has become 14 days - hopefully that will be enough!

I like that pattern and have seen it in a number of colorways on Pintrest. Someday I'll get around to making one like that.
Sorry to hear you're back in lockdown.
