7 Non-Fiction and 7 Fiction, was able to get to 75 books on May 5th (Woo Hoo!) with the book on the Panama Canal which was inspired by a friend of mine who is living there. Read two great books on travel; Into Thin Air about climbing Everest and Walking with Sam about a father and son walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain both of which were excellent reads which I recommend. Off course must make special mention of Obama's book which was enthralling to say the least with so much detail that it took a long time to cover but well worth it. Will look out for the follow-up covering his second term.

Been reading the Mary Pope Osborne books with my kid, who completed more than the three I was able to in Nov.

Hi Thanesh! Mark, @msf59, mentioned you on his thread today, and I didn't realize you were in the 75ers. I see that you joined LT in 2007 just before I did, so I hope to check out your reading in 2025.

In the meantime, I noticed that you're reading the Myron Bolitar novels, which I love. I have the new one, just out this year, Think Twice, first one since 2016. There's a related book about his friend Win, called, amazingly, Win, which I read in 2021 and loved.

Hope you're enjoying the holiday season.

>22 karenmarie: Hi Karen, thanks for reaching out and the holidays have been going well so far, though too much good eating and not enough exercise and reading! Yes, I have been slowly working my way through the Myron Bolitar series, 4 deep so far and loving them. Thanks for the recommendation on the Win book, will definitely add it to me to read list. Win is an interesting character; you want to love him but then there's all that violence...will be interesting to learn more about his back story and what made him who he is! Keep well and chat again in 2025!
