Wall St Cheat Sheet - Publisher McGraw-Hill - Author Derek Hoffman

Hello dear readers,
I'm new here and I'm desperately looking for the following book: "Wall St Cheat Sheet" with ISBN: 9780071787000

According to internet research, it was published by McGraw-Hill in 2012. Unfortunately I can't get any information from McGraw-Hill if they still have copies, even an ebook doesn't seem to be available anymore. Can anyone here help me find this book? It is as if this book has been deleted.

It has been entered in LT, but currently no member has it in their catalogue. That would fit.

If you search it on Amazon, it says it is out of print. It has the same publication date that you mentioned: January, 2012.

Worldcat shows a couple of libraries have it, so it looks like it was actually published.

It was published I know this, it was just a short time published.
There are rumors that there is something in the book that the masses are not supposed to know. But these are rumors ;) There are some excerpts from the book (graphics) so it must have been on the market for a short time.

I tried to contact Derek Hoffmann via Linkedin but till now he gave no answer...
Any way if there is someone here who can help me to find this book I would be super happy. For me it would also be ok to get a digital copy :)
