Newbie to Cataloguing.

Okay, I'm starting from scratch. No spreadsheet, no LT books catalogued.

I attempted to start the other day with one Folio Society book with no ISBN or barcode, and found it laborious and challenging.

Any pointers appreciated.

Right now there is a mess going on because of spammers. Wait a week.

>1 LesMiserables: Folio Society books are not held by libraries AFAIK, so you might need to manually add them. Alternatively, add an edition close enough from a source that it needs little editing.

Do you know if using a spreadsheet, you can omit an ISBN if you don't have?

>4 LesMiserables: Yes. https://www.librarything.com/more/import look at universal import, download the sample and your upload has to be exactly the same, no missing or added columns. If you don't have data for some, just leave empty
