Is it really October? Oh wait, the Halloween decorations are going up in the neighborhood! Yes, it certainly is that month of the year 👻🎃
Even attended an arts festival this afternoon (it was a complete surprise - I joined a friend for brunch today, and there was the arts festival!) and saw some cute little knitted pumpkins. And pressed flower pendants. And some pumpkin-shaped spoon rests. I succumbed to the pressed flower refrigerator magnet 🌸

I totally agree. At least it's the time of the year when everyone around you is reading ghost stories. Must be great fun to share as the ghost story junkie!

>4 threadnsong: October and Halloween has always been a good month for me. My grandmother had a book that was printed way, way, way back, that she brought with her books she floated across the ocean from Ireland called the The Wind in The Rosebush. It had 6 ghost stories in it, and I almost read the cover off the poor thing. I still have it, and my daughter read all those stories also.
