if I list by author it duplicates one of them, Mark Dawson (39 books) & Mark Dawson (2 books)? If I view the 2 book option it takes me to the full list (39), why is showing twice?

>1 Scousemunt: Probably because some books in your catalogue haven't been assigned to the correct Mark Dawson; they are assigned to Mark Dawson (unknown) not the main Mark Dawson (2).
To do this, you click through to Mark Dawson's page, then click through to the disambiguation page. Then click on the Helper Hub link in the right hand menu, and select 'Edit the division'. You'll get a list of titles that are assigned to a number or 'unknown'. It's the latter you want to assign to 2, but only assign the titles you are sure about, and leave the others as 'unknown'.
I also note that the series lists need work as well - or your book needs combining with the one already in the series.

I just combined a lot of books on the Mark Dawson page, which may have helped some of your books.
