Hello,
I have set up the library and now want to change it to an organization library. Can I just change the member name and the password so that others can access the catalog? Should I keep my email address on the account? Is there a way to keep users from changing the records, deleting or adding materials?
Thanks for any help.

The way to keep users from changing information is not to give them the password. They can still search the catalogue. If you decide to use TinyCat, they can even check books out (but not in).

>3 Louiselorain: Anyone can search a catalog which is not marked as a private library. Click on mine for example and look around.

>7 Louiselorain: They would NOT be logging in.. They ought to be able to click on the link, or copy it into their browser. (BTW, the link would need to be changed if you change your member name.)
