To my understanding, multiple LibraryThing accounts are allowed as long as they aren't duplicitous/'sock' style? (e.g. it would be acceptable if I made a secondary account to maintain a different type of catalogue, not duplicating any of my main, and didn't use it to participate in discussions (or, of course, the Early Reviewer program) or to artificially 'boost' ratings/reviews by leaving them on both accounts.) Is this correct?
For the most part collections work great for all the types of cataloguing I want to do (though I have a solid chunk of my library (books) yet to catalogue! it's fun work, but my much-delayed physical library reorganising as I go is less so), but there's one that I would like to have zero crossover even in that sense. A separate catalogue for it might be an ideal way to handle it. But I wanted to be sure it was not frowned upon here before actually trying it that way! I've looked through the FAQ and general help and didn't really find anything addressing it, apologies if I've asked a foolish question.

>1 Kalira: I've had multiple accounts (one for my niblings, one for a book club I run) for many years and no one has said anything to me about it. I think as long it's not an excessive number it's fine.
