Canadian Sources Down?

I'm trying to add a book published in Canada. I couldn't find it in Overcat so I tried the Canadian sources which are available:
Toronto Public Library (Toronto, ON)
Vancouver Public Library (Vancouver, BC)
I got 'search failed' on both these sources, multiple times.

Are they down? I've seen other people in the past say that sources had recently changed where they hosted their collections online and that was what had messed up a connection, but I don't know how to check that.

Toronto Public Library looks up and running (https://www.torontopubliclibrary.ca/search.jsp?N=&Ns=p_date_acquired_sort&Nso=1&Ntt=harrison); but they may have shut down their z39.50 connection. LT staff should ask the library if they are allowing connections.

Vancouver Public Library as a source seems to be working from the Add Books page using words but not ISBN. so thirsty, harrison worked but 9780593642559 or 9780593642542 did not.

Thanks for the reports. Our library search systems—other libraries and Overcat—were down overnight. (The search system died, causing the load balancer to die too.) The problem has been fixed.

Okay, looking at this!

For me to do:

Toronto: see why it's failing.
Vancouver: see if ISBN can be searched or not.

Toronto: looks like Z39.50 is currently disabled: https://www.torontopubliclibrary.ca/using-the-library/help/troubleshooting-techn... . I'll try reaching out for more info.

Vancouver: I tested Circe (Madeline Miller, ISBN 9780316556347) and both title and author searches worked while the ISBN (in their catalog) failed. I'm getting an error on our end, and will pass this to ccatalfo to see if he can take a closer look.

This is the first time I have ever seen "search map name" for z39.50 settings. That TPL page has that as a setting: Search Map Name: unicorn_bth

Okay, just got updated connection details from TPL and I think this is working, now! Please have a look and let me know if you see issues.
