Russian State Library source down?

Hello,

The Russian State Library source seems to have stopped working just today... Is it that their server is down, or the connection details have changed?

Will greatly appreciate if someone could please take a look, as it is the only Russia-based library left standing on LibraryThing.

I'm getting 'This search has failed' on all searches starting about 15 minutes ago, so I think this may be a site-wide issue. Unfortunately, when I notice errors that occur at this time of day, they don't usually get fixed very fast. I think most of the LT staff are in the States, and are out of office right now.
