how to change a book classification

This book classification is wrong. How can i change its classification.

What do you mean by classification? Do you mean the tags on the book? Do you mean the Subject Headings? Can you be more specific?

As a note, if you own the book, you can edit your copy to say what you like. No one controls your personal data.
IF you are trying to correct someone else's data, you can't.

Changing LCC or Dewey on your copy can eventually effect the work value, as that comes from how members have entered it. Since you haven't entered it, you don't have a vote.
