Slipped my mind until now. Currently working on News from Mars. China's Last Empire will be next.
Just finished Engineering Victory. Just starting Those Beyond the Wall.

I'm enjoying my audiobook, Wives and Daughters by Elizabeth Gaskell, so much that I've almost completely stopped reading physical books. The exception is that I'm reading a chapter a day of Mao: The Unknown Story by Jung Chang. I can't sit down with a history book and read it straight through, but I can do it in bits and pieces.

I finished up Before the Muses last night. Now I've started Wool by Hugh Howey, the first book in the Silo series.

The Mao book is gripping so you might be able to read more than one chapter at a time as it progresses. I really enjoyed that one and was terrified at how I could see Mao's intimidation techniques being used in present day.

I am new here. Not sure I am doing this right but taking the leap. I just finished reading Isabel and Amy by Elizabeth Strout. It was an emotional read. Mother and daughter finding their way in the world and to each other. Disturbing and distressing but well worth the journey. I have been reading through all of Stouts books since I read and loved Tell Me Everything. Her characters have become friends especially Lucy Barton. I feel fortunate to have found Elizabeth Strout.

You're doing it fine. If you want to create a link to the book/author, you can use what we call "touchstones". Put single square brackets around the title and double square brackets around the author's name, and a link is made.
Amy and Isabelle (correct title), by Elizabeth Strout

I missed a week!
>4 fredbacon: I hope you're enjoying Wool! I loved it, but I need to continue the series! The show is good too.
>6 stefepaul: Welcome!
This week I read Maybe in Another Life by Taylor Jenkins Reid. Great science fiction. I've loved everything I've read by her.
