Girl who find out her dad is a spy fiction for tweens probably

It's a girl with a kind of old fashioned name I think it starts with a B. She gets a birthday present that has spy stuff in it. I can't remember the whole plot but she gets a cool spy suit and car that talks in her voice. She thinks a certain person is her father but it is a trick and one of her teachers is her father. The main character is in middle school (pretty sure)

Also I remember a part about feeling bad for the leader of the popular girls' group's mom because the girl was so judgemental
