No.

Also, please don't shout. It's rude.

Fanart can be uploaded to websites like DeviantArt or similar, but can not be published in a book without the original creator(s) approval, for that will create problems with their copyright and trademarks.

A binder with page-protectors would be the cheapest way to keep your fanart together. An art portfolio would look more professional, but would be more expensive. If your art is digital, or you have scans of physical work, there are many different ways to print them so that they have enough border space to bind them together. You can look up information on hand binding books; a stab binding is pretty easy to learn, whilst binding by signatures will look more like a traditional book but will be more difficult to format correctly when printing.

There are also services on the web which will bind a book for you, although I'm not sure what their policies are regarding derivative works; that is, work you made based on someone else's copyrighted work (fanart falls under this category). I also don't know how expensive these services are as I have never used them.

If you wanted to publish a book, so that others can purchase their own copy of your fanart book, that would be a lot more difficult. If that is your goal, I would look into currently running fan zine projects, where you are collaborating with others who have experience doing just that. Participating in those projects will teach you a lot, and maybe one day from the skills and knowledge you learn from those projects you can one day publish your own fan zine.

This is not the place to talk about unblocked roblox or coolmathgames or what have you. You would be better off posting that in a teen social group.
