I remember reading this book about 10+ years ago.
Details are fuzzy but I remember enjoying it.
A young woman moves into an old house full of old things, she spends her time slowly cleaning through the house and finding clues about its past. Sometimes she explores the town and talks to the locals. There is a male romantic character, can’t remember if he lives on the property as help or if he is just a local. Some romance, had a spooky ending?? Also something was important about the attic.
