I'm pretty sure this review (https://www.librarything.com/work/8924639/reviews/234855442) is linked to the wrong book (not sure what the right one is). Not sure how to fix it, and I'm hesitant to flag it since it doesn't seem to break any rules.

Quite right! This is a review of Tornado Brain, not of Mr. Brown Can Moo. Very peculiar. I did a quick check of editions, no make sure someone hadn't somehow combined their copy of Tornado Brain with Mr. Moo and didn't find anything there.
We can tell (because the name is listed and details like main characters line up) which book this review belongs to, but I don't know if anything can be done to put it there.

Not a bug, nothing we can really do. There is no bad combination or anything like that either. The author of the review added it to their own book: https://www.librarything.com/work/book/234855442 - if you go to their catalog you will see that it is attached to that book. The only person who can fix that is the author of the review. :(

I will add that it's not acceptable on LT to contact people and ask them to "fix" their own data. You can point it out as an FYI - say that people looking at the correct page won't see the review, and they may want to move it - but that's the extent of it.
It is unquestionably a review, and not spam, so it is not flaggable.

I see no reason someone can't message them that their review is on the wrong book.
