Does anyone recognise this book?
The story was about a (?)medical intern who saved a woman from being stabbed to death. Little did he know that the woman was not actually in danger, but was with her lover and they were re-enacting her twisted sexual fantasy of being cut/stabbed. The woman became obsessed with the man and she sent him a video of her cutting herself and a body part.
