No author name on split page.

I was able to find a date of birth, and it shows at the top of the page, but the name is still missing.

I don't know why this happens, but it's one of those situations where entering a canonical name and then recalculating the author name fixes it.

Recalculating the author name on one or more of the books often helps as well. But if it does not, the canonical name trick in >2 lilithcat: is the only way I had found to work…
