I'm a Miami, FL native in my late 30s and a Miami-Dade County Library cardholder since 1993 (thanks, Dad!).
I live with my husband, two sons, two cats, and a Labrador retriever. I was quite the bookworm until 2016 when the chaos of early motherhood made reading for myself impossible. It wasn't until the pandemic that I realized books are my de-stressors and thus, quite necessary to my sanity.
My genres are fiction, fantasy, sci-fi, regency romance, historical fiction, biography and memoir, gardening books, and parenting books. I very recently discovered that I enjoy rom-coms so I'll be adding some to my collection in 2025.
