Within hours of arriving in the town of San Pedro her life changes forever when she meets Javier Gonzales. A kind man, he listens to her plans for adventure and ensures Dakota has the holiday of a lifetime.

They embark on a magical five-day horseback trek into the Atacama Desert where they discover everything they have both been searching for. Dakota is thrilled, she quickly realises she loves the desert and riding again and Javier is an exceptional companion.

With only each other and their horses for company, they quickly become close and both realise they have feelings for each other.

But Dakotas life is 6,500 miles away and she is expected back in London imminently.
